Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the east with the wild west in a great game for new players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the croupier, unlike almost all other poker games that gamblers wager with other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginner players do not need to be concerned about other, more skillful gamblers taking their $$$$.
One more Pai Gow advantage is the generally slow game play, newcomers can take their time and plan without having to make frenzied choices.
It is also simpler to gamble on for a long time with basically a small bit of cash since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is given seven cards face up and the croupier receives 7 cards face down.
One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the casino’s.
